Routine follow-up and Management of Acute and Chronic Medical Conditions
Sick Visits
Urgent same day visits are offered whenever possible. These visits are for ONE acute problem only. Please call as early in the day as possible.
Continuity of care is the foundation of Family Medicine. We take care of our patients over the longterm. We are interested in promoting health, and we are available when problems arise.
PREVENTION SERVICES
- Health checkup
- Age appropriate screening, such as Cancer prevention, Cardiovascular Risk, and Medicare Wellness Visits
- Sports, School, and Work Physicals
ONGOING MEDICAL CARE
- Routine Health Maintenance
- Scheduled testing including lab work, mammogram, bone density, colonoscopy etc.
- Management of chronic problems
URGENT CARE
We also keep space available for Acute Same-day Sick Visits
(Be sure to call as EARLY in the day as possible.)

Osteopathic Musculoskeletal Medicine
As an Osteopathic Physician, Dr. Cummings has a special interest in treatment of the Musculoskeletal system. As a Board certified physician, is trained to make a skilled diagnosis and develop a treatment plan using his hands as well as appropriate technology. We use the best of modern medicine as well as incorporating manipulation, exercise, and if necessary other techniques such as injection. Additionally, we have an excellent working relationship with local and tertiary specialist to make appropriate referrals when necessary.
